  • Business Diagnosis & Assessment: Once engaged, we jointly conduct an on-site, proprietary indepth Business Diagnostic  Assessment process to understand the current situation: Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats.
  • Findings & Recommendations: We summarize our findings, along with recommended future Programs and Actions.
  • Implementation: We assist you in orchestrating and implementing Actions Plans (we don't consult and run).
  • Monitor Progress:  Longer-term , we manage results to ensure continuity and performance. Plans are reviewed, updated and adjusted quarterly.

Kirk Coyne is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years of diverse financial and operational experience as a senior corporate executive, business owner, consultant and an entrepreneur. Having been a business owner himself, Kirk has a passion for helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

Kirk's career has spanned a broad spectrum of financial and operational experiences, ranging from senior management roles various business units of a multinational enterprise to business ownership and advisory roles with small closely held businesses. Kirk is experienced in leading businesses through business transitions, including due diligence, acquisition, integration, expansion and optimization phases.

 Mr. Coyne is also Founder and Principal of RMS Advisory Group, a firm that provides CFO consulting and business advisory services to small and midsize companies. He holds a Certified Value Builder™ designation in affiliation with The Value Builder System™, which provides a methodology and coaching platform for helping business owners increase the value of their business.

Kirk has worked in a variety of different industries and business segments, including manufacturing, industrial, distribution/logistics, wholesale trade, construction materials, building products, business services, mining and real estate.

Mr. Coyne holds an MBA from Duke University (Fuqua School of Business-Global Executive MBA Program) and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from the University of New Mexico (Anderson School of Management). He also holds an active CPA license in the State of Texas.

Robert "Bob" Pene is a seasoned Business Turnaround/Business Builder/Change Agent with over 45 years experience in Marketing and business vitalization. He has functioned as a Fractional Consultant or as a CMO/CEO/COO/General Manager. Bob has worked as a Change-Agent in over 100 companies including marketing-oriented Fortune 500 organizations. He has helped companies change their fortunes by building vs. stripping their operations.

Bob focuses on helping entrepreneurs and business owners dramatically improve their business performance and equity value. He does this either through marketing/revenue generating coaching, or infusion in Company Operations as a "fractional" member of their Management team. Bob not only will design and  create programs but he will also play an integral role in executing them. 

Mr. Pene was a Captain in the US Air Force. Bob holds an MBA from the University of Utah and Bachelor of  Science in Business Administration from the University of Idaho.
